As the Whole Again Food Supervisor during the summer of 2020 in Mt. Washington, Mitch did not meet a stranger during the summer. Our guests, field trip recipients, volunteers and steering team members cherished the summer all-the-more because of how he shared of himself. For those who had hungers – relationship, physical or spiritual – he was there for them. For our Whole Again program in the Mt. Washington area, he was the perfect complement to a fantastic team!
After completing his summer of work with Whole Again, Mitch continued his connection by participating in the Mt. Washington Thanksgiving Food Distribution 2020
Starting in late January, 2021, Mitch’s colleagues from Whole Again will be continuing “field trips” to households in the Mt. Washington area, calling the efforts Mitch’s Mobile Trips. His legacy lives on in many ways, including feeding hungry children and adults in the Mt. Washington region!
